Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the issue for verification.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
